  • Make gamepad autoconf work with DualSense/DualShock on Windows
  • Add warning about resetting the configuration
  • Don't zap non-pad controls when autoconfiguring
  • Release all keys on disconnect for XInput and DInput controllers
  • Some code cleanup

Plus, sneak in some missing changes from #21151

Fixes part of #20418
