[Question] Game Modification Possible with PPSSPP?

I wonder if game internal Logic or Data can be modified with PPSSPP? Like Making Real Reflections on Shiny floor in Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 or Making Real Time Shadow in Monster hunter for example? The Reason of this feature(of course if possible)to remaster the game ourselves or making patch for remastering the game.

I know the game will unplayable on actual Console but this is alternative solution if someone cannot afford the remastered version of said game.

A lot of things are theoretically possible, but PPSSPP focuses on generally applicable improvements that work on all games, such as increased rendering resolution, multisampling, texture replacement etc. More complex improvemenets would usually not generalize across multiple games and would require a lot of additional complication in our rendering code.
