The Swiss Army Knife. See its man page for a start.
Important options are -t for the file format to be converted to, -o for
the output format and -i for the input format.
You can list all input- or output formats with pandoc --list-input-formats or
pandoc --list-output-formats. You'll be surprised what this bastard can
convert to.
