US_1.5: Event templates

in order to
speed up the event creation process.

• When I start my workshop creation process i am able to to choose from templates that i saved in the past
• The template fills in all the fields, that it has information on
• When I finish a new camp creation I want to have a checkbox that I can click to save my current camp as a template

@radscheit While 319 and 426 refer to the same thing (I forgot to mark them as duplicates), this is something else. The other two stories will be more of a UI thing for showing example workshops in the context of helping teachers to put their ideas into words based on past topics and will technically only concern the requests-Route.

This issue however is for a completely different feature and that is event templates. Our team discussed this issue right at the beginning and back then the costs outweighed the benefits. An event template is kind of like a pre-filled out workshop draft for a repeating type of event, like an annual camp.
