Incorrect description of `self new` and `super new` for `SBEWebServer`

Need to review this again, but we probably should:

• at least change in the second paragraph below method 5.6 self new to super new
• explain the reason for using super here if not already anywhere?
• switch to the default pattern as suggested by Marcel or at least mention it briefly
