Contact us form doesn't send message

The form in https://www.hotosm.org/en/contact-us/ is not working, as the intended recipient (info@hotosm.org) is not receiving any messages after the submit button is clicked.

After someone fills out this form, info@hotosm.org should receive the message directly.

Contact form now POSTs, validates, and emails info@hotosm.org. Production needs EMAIL_HOST (+ credentials) configured for delivery.

PR #104 wires the contact form to send email on submit, but production delivery still needs HOT ops config.

Please provide / confirm the following so we can finish validation:

1. SMTP provider — AWS SES, SendGrid, Gmail relay, or other?
2. Production env vars (for the website deployment):
   • EMAIL_HOST
   • EMAIL_PORT (default 587)
   • EMAIL_HOST_USER
   • EMAIL_HOST_PASSWORD (or secret reference)
   • EMAIL_USE_TLS (true/false)
   • DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL (e.g. noreply@hotosm.org)
   • CONTACT_FORM_RECIPIENT (default info@hotosm.org — confirm?)
3. Staging test — can someone with deploy access run a test submission after merge and confirm info@hotosm.org receives it?

Without these, the form will still only log to console in environments where EMAIL_HOST is unset.
