Benchmarking `kotlinx.serialization` JSON serialization and deserialization vs JSON5 implementation here

Create a new gradle module called benchmark where benchmarking of JSON and JSON5 would be done. At the end of benchmarking there should be some CSV or other formatted data that can be used to generate chart.

NOTE: The JSON5 implementation is available in the lib module.
