Obsoletion of v1 API charts endpoints

Hello,

It seems that SAXO have made their charts v1 endpoints obsolete:

https://www.developer.saxo/openapi/referencedocs/chart/v1/charts

When I attempt creating a subscription I get a 301 error code. Maybe the endpoints should be updated to v3 for charts?

This is already reported in #32

I'll give it attention somewhere the coming weeks

Until then it is easily correct it to v3 using:

setattr(ch.charts.GetChartData, 'ENDPOINT', "openapi/chart/v3/charts")   # < ------
