Describe the issue you are experiencing
Since the 2025.2.1 release of Home Assistant (the issue wasn't there in 2025.1.4 and before), there is a text incorrect alignment for the entities of the entities card of the Home Assistant dashboard in Safari on iOS 16.5 (iPad) and 16.6.1 (iPhone). It is vertically aligned on top rather than in the middle. This can also be noticed in the Home Assistant demos, as shown in the following screenshot:

The text is supposed to be vertically aligned in the middle rather than on top.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Add an entities card in the dashboard of Home Assistant 2025.2.1 to 2025.2.4
Notice the text misalignment of the entities
