Add entity descriptions to switch of Rituals Perfume Genie

This PR adds entity descriptions to the switch entities of the Rituals Perfume Genie integration.

This PR focuses on just that, no other changes at this point. Things like entity naming and translations will happen in follow-up PRs (trying to keep the PRs minimal).
