Breaking change

Proposed change

  • Add mysensors remote platform to represent IR transceivers.
  • Allow the remote platform to easily control IR switches as previously done via the switch platform.
  • Deprecate the use of the switch platform to control IR transceivers for IR swithes.
  • Expose the V_IR_RECORD value as a sensor.

  • Dependency upgrade
  • Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New integration (thank you!)
  • New feature (which adds functionality to an existing integration)
  • Deprecation (breaking change to happen in the future)
