Increase max line size for ingress addons

home-assistant/supervisor#3737 was submitted to supervisor showing how some addons use very long urls which causes issues with ingress. home-assistant/supervisor#3747 was put in to fix it.

However it seems this was only half of the fix since all requests for ingress addons are processed by core first and its max line size was unchanged. Evidenced by home-assistant/supervisor#4029 (and other linked issues in the conversation). This bumps core's max line size to match supervisor's
