Improve roon volume translation logic

Proposed change

This PR fixes a bug with volume control of some roon endpoints.

The previous code made some assumptions about the volume scales of roon endpoints, which turned out not to be true. This PR contains a pyroon library update that has logic for setting volumes that uses the information roon provides about the endpoints. It also contains revised volume translation code in the HA wrapper.
