Fix free/busy google calendars

Proposed change

Fix free/busy google calendars which is currently broken because the search string evaluates to 'q=truebecause of the walrus operator evaluating the conditionalsearch := None or True`.

I am not adding a test because we don't really have any other tests that exercise query parameters to the API, and it didn't seem worth adding one in the existing tests. Verified manually.
