Author of atomicwrites "accidentally" removed all old versions in protest of a new 2FA requirement from PyPI (source). Because we pin our versions, every existing published Home Assistant package on PyPI can no longer be installed.

This moves our dependency to a fork that we published to PyPI ourselves so it cannot be removed.
