Add nightly frontend to nightly builds

Proposed change

This PR pulls in the latest nightly frontend into our Nightly builds.

I've added nightly builds to the frontend yesterday, they can be found here: https://github.com/home-assistant/frontend/actions/workflows/nightly.yaml

There is one side effect to this setup: The resulting nightly images are ~30 Mb bigger due to the extra wheels (only for the nightlies, the releases are unaffected). This might be optimized in the future, for now, having a dev frontend in our nightlies is a bigger win.
