Add unit test for sensors in swiss public transport

Proposed change

In response to the bug fixed in this PR #133964, the follow up PR here adds unit tests for the sensor platform. In order to cover actual cases, there are two unit tests, one happy case + fetch exception + recovery and another to check the setup errors.

With exemption of the migration in the __init__.py, we should now be at 100% coverage for this integration.
