Set PARALLEL_UPDATES in remaining HomeWizard platforms

Proposed change

Add PARALLEL_UPDATES to remaining platforms and mark it as done in quality_scale.yaml

• There is no hard request limit for HomeWizard products.
• Update interval is 5 seconds, so there is no real need to go parallel as it does not add real value.
