Honeywell climate away mode defaults not valid

Description of problem:

Honeywell climate component for US has options to set the heat / cool setpoints in away mode. The documentation says these should be in deg C, and have defaults of 16 and 30 respectively. However, this causes errors as being invalid. It seems honeywell is looking for deg F, since when I set these to 55 / 95 no error is thrown and seems to work correctly.

Suggest updating defaults and documentation.

Please post the configuration for your honeywell climate component and the full text of the errors in your log that say certain temps are invalid.

Thanks for looking into it. I commented out part of my config so it goes back to using defaults and i could capture the error in the log. See below.

Can confirm this is the case. I actually had a ton of issues with my rth6580wf (hold_auto seems to not be a mode that self._device.system_mode is ever set to, so setting temps in auto mode fails). A bunch of the logic is pretty bad too (e.g. It checks to see if the thermostat is in cool mode and if not sets the heat setpoint). I've fixed mine for the time being by hacking it up pretty good, but it's not clean.

Imo one of two things needs to happen. Either this needs to be rewritten to break the thermostat into a heat only and cool only thermostat (might be the path of least resistance) or it needs to be updated to properly support auto mode (along with a frontend card that supports it visually).

@abarbaccia I have addressed this issue in #24257 (which will be part of the new climate schema), but the config parameters in the docs need to be changed to F, not C.
