Start replacing $ZSH variable with $DOTFILES in a backward-compatible
way, so that existing users have a chance to migrate.

This implements the core idea of #246 in a more compatible way.
Fixes #70.

Hi, I am starting to use these dotfiles just now. I am going through the opened Issues and PRs to see what I should integrate to my fork.

I definitly want to use Oh My Zsh, so thank you very much for this PR! 🚀

🤦🏻 I just opend a very similar PullRequest: #377

Interesting approach here with the changes in the zshrc as well.
