add_drag_line can't add to specific axis

Hi everyone:
In my case, I want to add 3 drag line to each Y-axis in a bar series, so I can easy to know the range of the data of the specific axis, but it seems add_drag_line()'s parent must be a plot, any suggestion?

We plan on adding support for multiple axes for drag lines/points and annotations. Putting in a feature request is the best way to ensure we don't forget!

At the moment, I'm not sure of an easy workaround.
