Feature request: Custom day component

**There is a need for customizing day for several purposes**
_I personally need to gray out non-working hours on each day but there is so many more thing you can do with this component_

**Aliternative**
_Maybe you can achieve the same results for non-working hours by making changes to gridRowStyle somehow but the DayComponent prop would be much better_
