Problem: Flux Framework is is a hierarchical, event-driven workload manager that supports many case for high throughput, dynamic workloads. It runs in cloud and on-premises clusters and will be useful to add to the sched-select tool here. Signed-off-by: vsoch <vsoch@users.noreply.github.com>

Problem: Flux Framework is the workload manager developed at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and is a hierarchical, event-driven workload manager that supports many case for high throughput, complex dynamic workloads. It runs in cloud and on-premises clusters and will be useful to add to the sched-select tool here.
