“New Bill” button on Patient Deposit Cancel Bill page redirects incorrectly

Description:
On the Patient Deposit Cancel Bill page, clicking the “New Bill” button redirects to the cancellation page instead of opening a new deposit bill form.

Expected Behavior:

• Clicking “New Bill” should open a new Patient Deposit bill page for data entry.
• The user should not be redirected to the cancellation page.

Actual Result:

• “New Bill” button redirects users to the cancel bill page.
• Users cannot create a new deposit bill directly from this page.
