Go to https://experience.adobe.com/solutions/CQ-assets-selectors/static-assets/resources/franklin/asset-selector.html and see if you can log in to see your assets library. If you cannot, then someone from Merative may need to give you access to the product profile (see https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/onboarding/journey/assign-profiles-aem.html?lang=en).

Going to any Word document, you should see this button --

And after clicking, your asset library should load on the right

(the one in the screenshot is not Merative's, as I don't have access to that).
