How to start copyq server without starting the GUI?

Previously on arch, I would just copyq & at the startup and it would've started the server. But now this command also starts the GUI.

If you mean that copyq starts with the main window shown, this was fixed in #3567. The fix will be available in the next release. The workaround is: copyq --start-server hide
