hi，我来使用了，分数相等情况还是比较常见的，如班级内考试分数一样，话题投票数也会相同，期待支持一下

提供了一个smallRange选项，允许你运行时关闭默认的优化，新的版本可能要 4 个小时以后，才能从maven仓库拉取下来。
PS：一般而言，我们会给分数带上时间戳，以提供更确切的时序，因此默认认为重复的概率较小。
