Sometimes there are multiple home assistant instances in production or for test pruposes.
A key is added in config.py.example for setting the discovery prefix for MQTT since this might change (production and test instance).
Hence, the hard coded "homeassistant" prefix is replaced by config.mqtt_discovery_prefix
