Proposed Module Changes

Chris this PR contains my suggested changes for the mooring module. Mostly is renaming and formatting for snake_case and line lengths.

Some notable changes

• I move general.py to main.py and import it all using init to avoid needing to call a "general" module in mooring
• I moved animate into one function and modularized their shared code.
