ETC withdraws are offline for too long

I want to withdraw and etc withdraws are offline for too long I want my coin back.

I hadn't noticed a huge price gap between other exchanges and hitbtc, which was not what I am looking for. 

please solve this huge problem. I need my coin back.

good thing I hadn't deposit all my coins cause that would be an unacceptable problem.
