Multiple fixes

Multiple fixes.
Starting with this point, the following will be implemented:

1. Runtime security fixes (mainly related to memory management)
2. Runtime speed optimizations.

Upon completion, version 4.0, considered beta, will be released.
Version 5.0 will be the final production release.

Correct json load and add schema test

Correct types

Standardize data types, base times and registers internal representation

Add modules for input/output

• I/O hardware now are be loaded as module functions.
• Registers I,IW,Q and QW now have module.port values

Save and load

Add save and load program in JSON format

Network dimensions

• Every network have own grid dimensions
