新增只读工具 memory_export:把工作区 facts+profile 投影为 .dsh-memory/memory.md(密钥打码、含 (sessionId, seq) 引用);内容寻址幂等(未变更不重写)、临时文件+rename 原子写;存储域仍是唯一真相源、文件永不回同步,故无需审批(与 memory_recall/search 可见数据等价)。测试 102 全绿。
