AWS Bedrock - Identify which roles/users have access to models (across regions)

We need some way to find out which teams, users or groups have access to different models as part of AISPM. This is so that we can ensure that:

1. there is no misconfiguration
2. only the authorized groups have access to specific models (which we can report on or flag if we find errors on)

Able to access the misconfiguration details with the stand alone code ... will integrate that in to AISPM
