Add Option to Search By Time Frame

Much like the actual algolia site(https://hn.algolia.com/?dateRange=pastWeek&page=0&prefix=false&query=&sort=byPopularity&type=story), would it be possible to add the ability to filter the best stories by time frame? Maybe a list of dropdowns just like this:
