This package contains all the essential files needed to set up SysBot.NET on an unpatched/chipped Nintendo Switch for Pokémon games automation.
- SysBot Base - Core system for running bots on Nintendo Switch (source)
- Atmosphère - Custom firmware for Nintendo Switch (source)
- JKSV - Save file management tool (source)
- ldn_mitm - Required for Sword/Shield SysBot (source)
- ftpd pro - FTP server for remote file management (source)
- An unpatched Nintendo Switch (vulnerable to RCM exploit)
- A USB-C cable to connect your Switch to your PC
- A microSD card (minimum 16GB, recommended 32GB+)
- An RCM jig or alternative method to enter RCM mode
- Insert your microSD card into your computer
- Navigate to the
toolsfolder from the zip package - Run
fat32formatter.exeto format your card to FAT32- IMPORTANT: This will erase all data on the card!
- Follow the prompts to complete formatting
- After formatting, copy all contents from the
sdfolder in the zip directly to the root of your SD card - Do not change any folder structures or rename files
- Safely eject the SD card from your computer
- Power off your Nintendo Switch completely
- Insert your microSD card into your Switch
- Insert the RCM jig into the right Joy-Con rail
- Hold VOL+ and press the POWER button simultaneously
- The screen will remain black if done correctly

- Connect your Switch to your PC using the USB-C cable
- Navigate to the
tools\TegraRCMfolder from the zip package - Run
TegraRcmGUI.exeas Administrator - In the TegraRCM application:
- Ensure your Switch is detected (shown in the bottom right)
- Click on "Install Driver" if your device is not recognized
- Navigate to the "Payload" tab
- Select the included
fusee.binfile - Click "Inject Payload"
For Mariko/patched Switch models with mod chips installed, we provide a separate download package that includes Hekate bootloader.
- Download the separate package specially designed for mod chipped Switches
- This package includes all the same files as the standard package plus Hekate bootloader
- Format your SD card to FAT32 using the included tool
- Copy all contents from the
sdfolder to the root of your SD card - Safely eject the SD card from your computer
- Insert your SD card into your Switch
- Power on your Switch - the mod chip should automatically boot to Hekate
- If it doesn't automatically boot, consult your mod chip's documentation for specific boot instructions
- In the Hekate bootloader screen, navigate to "Payloads"
- Select "fusee.bin" from the list
- This will boot your Switch into Atmosphère with all required modules
- The Switch will boot into Atmosphère custom firmware
- Follow any on-screen prompts to complete initial setup
- Atmosphère will automatically load sys-botbase and other required modules
- Launch your Pokémon game
- Connect your Switch to the same network as your PC (via WiFi settings)
- Note your Switch's IP address (found in System Settings → Internet → Connection Status)
- Use this IP address to connect SysBot.NET from your PC
When upgrading to a newer version of this package:
- IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the
Nintendofolder on your SD card - it contains all your save data! - Copy the contents of the new
sdfolder to your SD card, overwriting existing files when prompted - Re-inject the payload using the updated
fusee.binif provided in the new package - Your saved data, configurations, and personal settings will remain intact
JKSV lets you backup and restore game save files.
- Launch JKSV from the Homebrew Menu
- Select the game you want to backup from the list
- Press the + button or select "Backup" option
- Enter a name for your backup (or use the default)
- Wait for the backup to complete
- Launch JKSV from the Homebrew Menu
- Select the game you want to restore
- Press Y to view your save backups
- Select the backup you want to restore
- Choose "Restore" and confirm
- Restart your game to use the restored save
FTPD allows wireless file transfer between your PC and Switch.
- Launch FTPD Pro from the Homebrew Menu
- The screen will display your Switch's IP address and port (usually 5000)
- Leave FTPD Pro running during the entire transfer process
- Download and install an FTP client like FileZilla
- Open your FTP client and enter the connection details:
- Host: Your Switch's IP address (shown on the FTPD screen)
- Port: 5000 (or whatever is shown on the FTPD screen)
- Username: (leave blank or try "anonymous")
- Password: (leave blank)
- Click "Connect" or "Quick Connect"
- Once connected, you'll see your Switch's file system
- You can now drag and drop files between your PC and Switch
- When finished, disconnect from your FTP client before closing FTPD
Tips:
- Use FTP to add/update games and homebrew applications
- Navigate to
/atmosphere/contents/to modify game mods - You can transfer screenshots from
/Nintendo/Album/
- Switch won't enter RCM: Ensure your Switch is unpatched and the RCM jig is properly inserted
- Payload injection fails: Try reinstalling drivers or using a different USB cable
- SysBot won't connect: Verify your IP address and ensure your game is running
- Black screen after injection: Ensure you're using the correct fusee.bin file for your setup
- Mod chip not booting: Consult your mod chip documentation for specific troubleshooting steps
