Import tap-notebooks and LASI17 notebooks into this project

These notebooks can form a basis for the example TAP notebooks (although they were based on TAPv1.

Re-thinking this. May be better to move the notebooks out of this project into a separate notebooks project that can be forked independently of the tap source code. May also be better to separate Jupyter and Zeppelin notebook repos.
