Problem you are trying to solve

I ctrl+f for a specific application or process and then click inside the window and hit ctrl+a and then delete, instead of obliterating all rules, marking all of the rules in existence outside of what is presented within the ctrl+f scope.

Suggested solution

Make it so that ctrl+a within a ctrl+f only marks all within the ctrl+f so hitting the delete key will only delete those ctrl+f rules, not any rules outside of that context.
