Iridium: Extensions do not get installed

E.g., uBlock Origin (cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm) does not get autoinstalled. This works in Chromium (sudo pkg install chrome) as of 2024Q1, though).

Also, manual installation fails likewise in Iridium.

Maybe we need to switch the default browser to Chromium?
