The state of Scala Native support?

I'd like to add support for Hedgehog on Scala Native to Gradle plugin for multi-backend Scala, but I am not sure of the state of Scala Native support in Hedgehog: on the one hand, only JVM and Scala.js artifacts are linked from the README; on the other hand, hedgehog-sbt is being published for Scala Native; on the third hand, hedgehog.sbt.Framework does not load on Scala Native...

What is the state of Scala Native support?

Hedgehog does support Scala Native. #284
I don’t have a Scala Native project at the moment, so I can’t test it, but I’ll give it a try soon. I’ll update the documentation once testing is done.

For me, Hedgehog is not discovered on Scala Native... Maybe this is because scala.scalanative.testinterface.FrameworkLoader.detectFrameworkNames() calls scala.scalanative.reflect.Reflect.lookupInstantiatableClass(), where documentation comment says:

The class or one of its super types (classes or traits) must be annotated with
scala.scalanative.reflect.annotation.EnableReflectiveInstantiation.

and hedgehog.sbt.Framework is not thus annotated?

... upon further thought, it is probably something else, since Hedgehog works just fine for me without analogous annotation on Scala.js...

@dubinsky I think this should fix the problem. I found that no tests were running in my Scala Native project, and after this change, they are. However, I can’t release it now because of OSSRH Sunset. Once the migration to the Maven Central Portal is done, I’ll release it.

The fix introduces some code duplication, but if you are ok with it, I certainly am - as long as it works :)

Yeah, I agree. It should be easy, and it was done almost instantly when I did it for my personal one. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the Maven account for Hedgehog, so it has to be done by the original author of Scala Hedgehog, Charles. I’ve messaged him about it, but he might be busy. It’s my fault that I didn’t sort it out before the OSSRH sunset.
