This patch replaces Perf4J with Speed4J. I took the liberty of removing Log4J-specific configuration from Hector, but I did still leave the hectorLog4j.xml file, though it's now empty. Not sure if anyone needs it.

Also, instead of using the system property to set whether JMX/perf4j is enabled, you can now set it in speed4j.properties.

Hopefully the documentation is self-explanatory.

Oh yes, Speed4J 0.5 is in replication to Maven Central (found a harmless NPE with it). It's in Sonatype already, and should be in Maven central within the hour.
