Weird flicker with WUM.Patch in plugins folder

I get weird flicker with WUM.Patch in the plugins folder.

Issue is gone, once WUM.Patch is removed from plugins folder (disabling all options does does not fix the problem).

With WUM.Loader alone in the plugins folder issue does not occur only when WUM.Patch is there, even if all its options are disabled.

I have Windows 11 x64, GeForce 4070 Super in case any of that mattered.

Flicker goes away if I set FPS limit to 60 in Nvidia App for WormsMayhem.exe (I noticed WMD has similar flicker without any mods and there enabling V-Sync in game's options helps).

Just set all to 0 in INI file.

It was 240 +/- few FPS (my screen is 240 Hz)

this does not disable the changes, it makes frame interval equal to zero.

to make it unchanged, you need to enter default value or comment out the line

It already has 0 value in the archive downloaded from GitHub and I simply didn't change it.

Changing FrameInterval to 16 (I get 36 FPS) or 8 (I get 65 FPS, both values provided by NVIDIA's overlay) also fixes the flicker. But the description does not mention such side-effect and I do not develop anything rendering/graphics related to know that by myself.

I would assume that INI file from the archive has the best settings for most people (as is the case with most unofficial patches like this, for example from Lyall), so that for most people installing the patch is just the matter of dropping the files into game's folder (which is exactly what I initially did, I only started editing the INI file once I encountered the flicker).

I created pull request to use the actual default value in the archive downloaded from GitHub to avoid this issue for others in the future.

I'm not a graphics engineer, I don't know why. I know it fixes the issue for me.

I can gather logs if you want and will tell me how (or where to take the files from if they are already gathered somewhere)

if there was time, I would have fixed the game frame limiter, but for now it was easier to disable it and because there are many other ways to limit frames (gpu software, specialk, etc)

P.S.
this option removes the frame limit in Worms 4 Mayhem
but in Ultimate Mayhem, I observe that the frames are still somehow limited by the monitor frequency
