List of wgl-contributors for LeibnizOpen #82
Description
Currently the list has to be maintained in two different locations/repos :
- https://github.com/hbz/to.science.forms/blob/master/conf/collectionOne.csv
- https://github.com/hbz/to.science.api/blob/master/conf/wglcontributor.csv
The filenames are different and even the internal format is different, although both are csv-files. These files are read directly from filesystem.
There is another configuration file "label.json" which is also needed by several components of the to.science system. It is provided from to.science.labels and accessible via an API call, i.e. there is a defined endpoint in https://github.com/hbz/to.science.labels/blob/master/conf/routes
I suggest we take a similar approach with the wgl-conributors.
