Exceptionally reserved codes aren't really countries, but this repository already contains UK so I figured why not add the rest of these flags. See #7 for discussion on UK. For more information on exceptional reservations, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#Exceptional_reservations
