Create notes without tapping on the map

A mode to add noted without tapping on the map would probably be useful when moving fast (so when the user has no time to constantly move and tap on the map). When creating a note in this mode, the GPS location will be used. When this option is activated, the full note creator view is always visible (currently the reduced input field is visible when no note is selected).

I have just installed GeoNotes, and this option is exactly what i wanted to ask for. (Or to put some "Add" button which would add note to current GPS location without tapping the map.)

Also i have another request (not to open another topic):
When option "Snap note to GPS location" is activated, you have to press exactly on the location arrow to make a note really snaps to exact location. Maybe this "snap area" around arow should be biger.
