show associated event trigger names as part of table section

Having a list of event triggers and when they get triggered as part of the individual table details section will be quite useful in terms of understanding how things work for example:

insert on Author -> invokes event triggers A, B, C and so on
delete on Author -> invokes event triggers D, E, F and so on

It can be a separate tab along with Browse rows, Insert row ....
