Do not track tables on particular schemas

Hi everyone,

It would be cool if hasura could have an option not to follow the tables in a particular pattern. This behavior would be characterized by the fact that it would no longer be exposed via GraphQL but still manageable by the user via the graphical web interface and accessible with relationship.

Hi @HelloEdit, I have added the ideas label to issues so that we can have further discussions.

I'm guessing tracking a table to be used in relationships alone can be considered when we take up #981.
