Users who need to use the Hasura CLI may spend time creating custom images, troubleshooting version compatibilities, local machine conflicts or require ephemeral images for CI/CD.

An official Docker image with the Hasura CLI only.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using the CLI-migrations image is both heavier and more complicated than necessary due to the bundling of Hasura GraphQL engine and the renaming of the binary from the default hasura to hasura cli.

Interesting request @cmartin616! I have a similar yet kind of opposite request in #8059 where I want to be as lean as possible and have an alpine binary. As you can see it's been open for a few years.

FYI for some other use case I built my own alpine image with hasura-cli. Someone may find this useful (I edited for brevity, may have useless apks in there)
