I'm using version v0.14.3 and I'm facing this issue when I turn off my network for a round (2 minutes) then turn on network again.

When you turned off your network, the server disconnected the WebSocket connection. If the client doesn't automatically reconnect, you need to catch the error and manually rerun the subscription client.
