Switch turnouts and signals in reaction to other turnouts changing state

Make it possible to switch turnouts and signals in turnout to some other turnout being switched. Signals should turn red of switching a turnout blocks their route. Switching the first turnout of a route should also turn the other turnouts to finish the route.
