Organise events by region

The Events list is getting too long for a human to comfortably parse. It should be arranged by region (by continent seems the logical first step).

Further, putting the city name in boldface will help a human to quickly scan for cities of interest.

Thanks for the feedback! I would be happy to try new things with the events section. It recently changed (#207) to both include more events and reduce my time commitment to the section. I think splitting things up would have to be done manually, but it wouldn't take too much time. I'll give it a shot in this week's issue.
